The GEL-NIMBUS® 28 shoe is one of the most comfortable styles in the ASICS® running shoe range. Approximately 20g lighter than the previous version, this shoe continues to offer excellent cushioning to make running longer distances feel smoother.

Midsole Cushioning: The shoe features a combination of FF BLAST PLUS™ foam throughout the midsole for a lightweight, cushioned, and slightly firmer feel, along with a rearfoot PureGEL® technology insert that provides enhanced shock absorption for soft landings.
- Engineered Knit Upper: The newly designed engineered knit upper provides a soft, secure fit and improved breathability, wrapping the foot in comfort. The heel and tongue construction have also been updated to be more streamlined and easier to slip on.

ASICS Gel-Nimbus 28is approximately 20 grams lighter than the previous model, the Gel-Nimbus 27.

- OrthoLite™ X-55 Sockliner: An internal OrthoLite™ X-55 sockliner enhances step-in comfort and helps manage moisture, keeping feet dry.
