  • Prepare Drink Mix 320 or Drink Mix 160 in 500 ml of water. 
    Ensure the Drink Mix is fully dissolved. 
    Add your preferred serving of Additions. 
    Shake to combine. 
    Consume as part of your planned fuel strategy.
